REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You may return products within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Certain products, such as personalized or custom items, are non-returnable.
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@elixmavel.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
    • The item should be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
  3. Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  4. Shipping Charges

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
  5. Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
  6. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
